Craft Updates

SOOOOOOOO!
The owners of Hissyfits, here in PHX, AZ have decided to do a SPRING Hullabaloo, in mid March! I have decided after conferring with my crafty companions, my husband and my mother that it would be a good idea to try again. Even though it is the same show..... XD

I have LOTS of things that I want to change and add and not do x.x lol

For instance, WAAAAAY more charms. Maybe smaller quantities to make it easier, but a larger variety. I've decided to sell my happy/angry fruits (just the fruits), and add some limited 'craft fair only' additions to the fruit family! As well as taking some out.... v.v I will not be taking the Plum or the Peach, but I will be replacing them with an Apple and a Pineapple. Depending on how it goes I MIGHT add them to my shop and discontinue the Plum and Peach. Might add some more fruits... we'll see.... Also on the single charm side, I'll be bringing BonBons, Cake Slices, Lolita Cookie Sandwiches, Ice Cream Cones, and Chocolate charm bracelets. Maybe some Gummie Bear charm bracelets too.... As well as LOTS AND LOTS more ^^ Also I will be taking the usual, Grape and Strawberry PB&J BFF sets, Oreo BFF sets. And maybe some Cookies and Milk BFF sets too. I'll have to think of some more BFF things to make! lol

For Crochet, my Cupcake, Ice Cream, and Takochu key chains! As well as Cell Phone Cozies, Wash Cloths, Coasters, Apple Jackets ©, Flower Hair Clips, Flower Head Bands, maybe Flower Rings! lol And even though it will be getting warm here in the Vally by then but I might bring some HP scarves, and maybe some MLP:FIM scarves.... we shall see... if you have any other suggestions for crochet things I would love to hear them.

Also, I will be selling my sewn wristlets. I have no pictures (other than the cell ones on my Twitter - twitter.com/#!/CraftyElephant/… and twitter.com/#!/CraftyElephant/…), so yeah x.x BUT I'm going to have some with some SUPER cute fabric as well as some with all of the military fabrics for the military wives and such that will be there. I already have ABU fabric (Air Force uniform), and I need ACU, MARPAT and NWU (Army, Marines, Navy) which I will attempt to get for free!!!! XD

Also on the charm side of things.... resin charms? Oh and maybe my fake cupcake stands (twitter.com/#!/CraftyElephant/…)??? Too much stuff or what?

Table ideas, def going with my super awesome banner made by kimchikawaii!!!! As well as the B-cards by her, and I might get some tags printed as well.... depending on how much they are. Going with a yellow table cloth and I'm going to try and get a fake, leafless tree........ Ideas???? lol x.x Anyway, since I have 3 months to prep I will do this PROPERLY!!!! lol

ANYWAY, not a not craft show side of things - I have a new way to gloss my charms. It will be a Crafty Elephant secret, but it will make my charms like a MILLION times more durable and that makes me VERY happy!!!~^^

Random Updates

Other than that nothing really... the Cycling class I went to last June will be starting back up again with a new teacher tomorrow. It is Tuesday and Thursday every week, I'll be missing it this Tuesday b/c I need to study for a test on Wednesday but I will def go on Thursday.

Also, the two wieners I was watching will be going home on Wednesday night T^T lol I'ma miss them XD

SOOOOO, I have come to the conclusion that this is officially "Harass Gabby Week."

It first started with a very...... interesting comment on my YT....

I was kinda just like wow.... soooooo being 21 and liking to make cute stuff and MAKING MONEY off of it makes me a kid? Playing video games makes me a kid? WHA!!!!! O_O It is okay to 'head desk' now? Like... REALLY.... lol

Also, although I'm sure she meant no REAL harm.... I found a girl on Etsy that was using a picture that I took of my 'Happy Orange' as her profile icon, she doesn't have a shop though..... Granted, it's flattering... REALLY flattering..... but things like that confuse people, and make me look like an easy target for other thieves..... If it was a picture that SHE took of my charm that she had purchased... sure... fine... but it was MY picture. And although she's not claiming it as her own.... I'm still going to ask her to take it down...

Anyway!!! In more awesome, cool, rad news!!! ^^
I'm got to attempt to get a table in the Artist Ally of Anime Weekend Atlanta this year!!!!
My super bestie musableCOSPLAY has agreed to split the $100 fee with me since she will be attending all three days ANYWAY, and I'm going to need a helper. ^^
I'm really hoping I get a table!!!! I think I have a pretty good chance since I won't be selling prints like everyone else xp
