Video Tut - Cookie Sandwich by moofestgirl Video Tut - Cookie Sandwich by moofestgirl
Video - [link]

~~~~~
So, this is my very first video tutorial! It is the same tutorial as my first written tutorial, to which I will provide a link.
As well, I want to know what you think! How was it? I know it was a bit yellow, still figuring that one out x.x But I love to hear from my watchers and followers! Any help and information would be greatly appreciated! ^^
Just finished watching it! Was extremely helpful! Sadly that darned yellow clay didn't want to work with you.
I also liked the little side notes you included, and explaining your tools. I've seen so many helpful tuts that just say what the tools are, but not much specifics on them. It makes it hard to distinguish what to get to use that's similar when you don't know! And it's always nice seeing video tuts; makes it easier to see things being done, even though text/picture tuts are just as helpful! o3o
I hope you decide to make more vid tuts! Awesome job and g'luck!
XD Thanks!~ And I know..... I love small cookie cutters but the clay gets stuck in them all the time and it makes for a real pain in the butt.
And I agree. A lot of tuts I watch are at 2x or 4x speed and don't include an items list, or don't explain special tools. I think in the future I might do the 2x/4x but have a section at the beginning for tools. Video tuts are much more fun to watch xp
I'm trying to figure out how to make it not so yellow, then I think I'll make another one. Maybe an intro? Or a supplies video..... o.o
:3 No problem~ I've never actually used cookie cutters (there's an idea! 8D), but I can imagine it would get annoying sometimes.
Right! The speed can be nice, but the... lack of information kind of hurts you later. xD But that would be a neat idea! And heck, if you don't like it, you can always do it different the next time! :D
And that would be amazing and super nice of you, sharing more of your wisdom with us. 83 Naw, the yellow isn't so bad! Maybe it's just the lighting mixed with the camera? O: (I have little knowledge of cameras, so sadly I have no idea.)
Xp Cookie cutters are a life saver. Until clay gets stuck in them x.x
Yeah, I like normal speed tuts but not everyone does, they wan the gyst of it or they don't watch. That's why I had all of my clay preconditioned before I started.
And my cam i video taped with is an old crappy point and shoot. I wish my DSLR would take video XD But I fixed the yellow after playing with the light balance and now I just have to do something about the graininess... hmmmm.....
Ah-ha, I'll have to keep that in mind, then. :)
Mm-hm, which is sad, because some of the really good ones are... well, long. Heh. :P And people are so impatient these days. But way ta' think ahead!
Ahh. xD But oh well, at least you figured it out, right? And you can always play around with it and experiment. :nod:
Yeah it sucks, but I think as long as it's about 10 minutes it'll be fine. As well, I can upload a 'fast version' along with the explanatory one. ^^
Also, I'm very excited because after a few days of digging I finally found a good program to record with my DSLR!!!!! I'm going to try and get one up today or tomorrow, like an introductory one with a little Q/A. It looks sooooo good! xp
Ah well. And that's true; and again, if ya don't like it, you can always do it differently next time! :D
Awesome, sounds neat! =3 See-see, just gotta play around and stuff and you find out all these neat things! >3
